Maher Shukir provides graphic design services including but not limited to:
- Custom Logo Design
- Special Themes for Logo design
- Brand Guidelines
- Business Cards
- Banners & Signs
- Posters & Flyers
- Brochures & Catalogues
- Postcards & Envelopes
- Social Media Covers
- T-Shirt & Apparel
- Packaging
Payments
Projects may require partial or full payment before work begins depending on the project scope, All the details are included in the in Pricing page
For projects under $100 USD, full payment is required before work begins.
Projects above $100 USD may require an upfront deposit of 50%–60%, depending on the project type and requirements.
The remaining balance is due before delivery of final files and brand assets.
Some exceptions may apply. Please refer to each package for full details.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be included, depending on the agreed-upon project terms provided on the pricing page. But the major concept changes may require additional fees.
Maher has Rounds of Revisions system as following:
One revision round = 1 email with all change requests. Unlimited tweaks within that round, but all must be sent together.
Project Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity, communication, and revision requests.

Priority Timeline services may be available for selected Spark Packages depending on current workload and project scope. Priority projects include an additional 25% service fee and aim for delivery within approximately 48 hours.
Delays caused by incomplete project information or delayed client responses may affect the delivery timeline.
Refunds
Every project is custom-created and developed specifically for each client. Because of the time, research, and creative process involved, refunds are generally unavailable once concepts or creative work have been presented.
Clients may request a cancellation before work begins for full refund depending on the project status.
Maher aims to ensure client satisfaction through extensive experience, thoughtful communication, detailed project questionnaires, and structured revision rounds.
For projects started with a deposit:
deposits are non-refundable once creative work has started.
the remaining balance is only required before final file delivery.
Reasonable revisions and communication will always be provided to help achieve the best possible final result.
Final approved designs and delivered files are non-refundable.
Portfolio & Confidentiality
Unless otherwise agreed, Maher reserves the right to display completed designs in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
Clients requesting permanent confidentiality or portfolio exclusion may require an additional fee.
For Spark Packages Portfolio display allowed by default. Private/confidential projects may require an additional fee.
For Beacon Packages Includes optional portfolio confidentiality at no additional cost.
NDA agreements are available upon request for confidential projects.
Copyright & Usage
Website content, designs, images, and materials may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission.
Once the final design(s) have been delivered, the client will receive a written and signed “digital” agreement that outlines the ownership of all delivered designs, confirming that the client will be the sole owner.
All initial concepts and unused designs remain the intellectual property of Maher Shukir, and the client owns only the rights to the selected designs.
Prohibited Projects
Maher Shukir reserves the right to refuse projects related to illegal activities, explicit adult content, hate speech, harmful products or services, misleading businesses, copyright infringement, or any content considered inappropriate or unlawful.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
